The position is for an Associate in the Small-/Mid-Cap IT Services Equity Research team located in San Francisco. Your primary responsibilities include industry analysis and company-specific coverage . This involves core research on the industry and its companies, modeling the financials and forecasts from start to finish with little or no guidance, writing First Call notes and company updates as well as new reports and theme pieces.
Qualifications
* Domain knowledge from working within or auditing in the consulting and IT services industry
* Strong interest in stocks/Wall Street
* Knowledge of accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
* Expert modeling, forecasting, analysis and valuation experience
* Adaptable and have the ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
* Able to work independently to produce accurate, detailed materials while meeting tight deadlines
* Highly proficient in Excel and Word software
* Organized self-starter
