Approval Reviews are conducted on a monthly basis for all newly extended, renewed, or modified loans meeting a specified threshold. The Officer will be responsible for leading and coordinating these reviews on a rotating basis. The purpose of the review is to ensure the accuracy of credit risk ratings, compliance with underwriting requirements, and to identify the emergence of adverse trends. After reviewing the selected sample, the Officer will be responsible for providing a written report of findings in memorandum form to the Director for his review.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Bachelor? degree, preferably in economics, finance, business administration, or accounting and 3-5 years of related experience.
