Banking Center Manager II is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and service targets. Responsible for managing a medium to large consumer banking center, or a couple of smaller centers.
Qualifications
Required Skills: High School Diploma/GED; Within the last five years, must have minimum of one to three years of direct management or supervisory experience leading, motivating, and developing a team of five or more associates in a service-focused environment; One year or more of sales experience in a goal and/or commission-based environment;
