Our client is looking for an Analyst in their Technology Group to support senior investment bankers in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions.
A successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in working with clients in various strategic and financial analyses.
Successful candidates must be adept at directly managing transactions, creating and delivering written/oral presentations to clients, reviewing and preparing offering documents and other sales materials, and structuring new issues.
Strong modeling skills and excellent academic credentials are also essential.
1-2 years of prior investment banking experience at the analyst level required.
Technology background preferred, but not required.
