The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of portfolio management, including underwriting, property valuations, appraisal review, budgeting, cash management, third party management oversight, client reporting, and other tasks as assigned.
A basic understanding of real estate investment nomenclature.
* Strong quantitative, organizational, and communication skills.
* A minimum of one to two years of real estate experience with proficiency in underwriting and financial modeling, including work experience with Microsoft Excel and Argus.
* Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, real estate analysis, or a related field.
