General administrative duties, including phone coverage, distribution of mail, faxing, photocopying, converting documents to PDF, file creation and maintenance.
Create and prepare general correspondence, assemble and distribute department memos, tracking and printing of department reports.
Edit and assemble power point presentations.
Book travel itineraries, maintain calendars, prepare for client meetings,track and log incoming projects.
Process expense reports, process various monthly development draws.
Skills Required:
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and Power point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
