The individual will be responsible for participating in transaction execution, the preparation of materials in connection with new business generation, and for general business-related tasks. Ideal candidates will have at least one year to two years of technology investment banking experience and been employed by a leading emerging growth boutique or by a larger, nationally known investment banking firm with a top five technology practice.
