Associates play a key role in the evaluation and execution of potential investments as well as in the management and analysis of liquidity events of current portfolio investments. Specific responsibilities include:
– Develop and maintain detailed financial models for use in evaluating potential investments.
– Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
– Participate in due diligence sessions and review legal documentation.
– Prepare detailed memorandums (e.g., investment approval, valuation review).
– Communicate and interact with internal and external senior executives
Qualifications :
All candidates should have approximately two years of investment banking or private equity experience. This is a pre-MBA position.
Candidates should have graduated in the top of their class from a well-regarded undergraduate program.
