Responsible for delivery of integrated credit solutions to middle market clients. Partner closely with client-facing teammates in both the Global Investment Bank and Global Commercial Bank to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
Qualifications
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
Must have advanced knowledge of commercial real estate and 3-7 years experience in underwriting complex commercial real estate transactions. In-depth knowledge of credit policies and procedures, credit and non-credit related products and documentation requirements of real estate credits.
